$299 Base price + extra square footage + cleaning products = your price.
– Our base price is $299 ($0.29 for the first 1000sq.ft.)
– Extra square footage is priced @ $.33/sq.ft.
– Tough jobs are priced @ $.39/sq.ft.
For the vast majority of washes we use the industry standard bleach-water-surfactant mix, typically costing less than $40.
Some difficult stains like paint, oil, rust, etc. will need specialty cleaning products that may cost more.
Small jobs start @ $139 + cleaning solution + sq/ft. (if applicable)
with gutters @ $.50/foot, fences @ $1.00/foot, and surfaces @$.33/sq.ft.

Estimates take place at your home where we will measure the square footage, assess the material to be cleaned and appropriate cleaning products needed, make sure your garden spigot is in working order, and identify any potential complications that may arise and plan around them.
If necessary we can do an estimate via phone or email, but in-person is usually best.
You do not need to be home for the estimate: Clarity will never need to enter your home to give an estimate or complete a job.
Once the estimate is complete and a price is agreed upon, we pick a day and time to get the work done. Using a pressure washer and a “soft wash technique” Clarity will revitalize old, dirty home exteriors stained with mold, mildew, moss, lichen, algae, and more; all without damaging a thing!

Can’t you bring your own water?
We can’t, sorry. Water out of the garden spigot costs pennies per gallon vs. transporting it at 8.3lbs/gallon.
Will the cleaning mix kill the plants in my garden?
No, our cleaning solution is diluted to the point of harmlessness, unless you’re a gnat or a microorganism. Any particularly delicate plants or plants in bloom we will cover up, and sturdier plants get watered down before, and rinsed off afterwards to ensure the cleaning mix doesn’t cause any leaf browning. For the ecologically-minded homeowner we reccommend a good compost tea or microorganism supplement for any garden beds you may have concerns about.
Is there anything I need to do before you start the job?
Yes, please make sure your doors and windows are shut, any outdoor furniture is moved or covered up, and outdoor electrical sockets are appropriately waterproofed. We will need to be able to move freely around the house to do our work, so please make sure the area is clear.
Can you wash roofs?
Other than certain 1 story houses, no, we cannot wash roofs. It’s an insurance/personal health/improper equipment thing and we’re a very small company, sorry!
If I want a home wash AND a small job done on the same day, will I need to pay the base price for both?
No, that doesn’t seem right to us, so we would only charge for the home wash base price and waive the small job base price.
What kinds of payment does Clarity accept?
We are able to accept cash, checks, most credit cards (if it works on a square card reader), apple pay, venmo, and paypal.
